- 02 Create an account or log in as a licensed contractor or property owner
- 03 Select the appropriate permit type (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)
- 04 Complete the application form and upload electronic plan submittals
- 05 Pay required deposit based on project valuation
- 06 Plans examiner reviews plans and contacts applicant if additional information is required
- 07 Permit Specialist reviews project for Polk County Zoning Ordinance compliance
- 08 Permit is issued or corrections are requested
