Permit triggers and exempt work for Gold Beach

Application process
Typical processing: Plan review concurrent with application; Planning Clearance valid for one year
- 01 Submit Planning Clearance Form to City of Gold Beach Planning & Zoning Department
- 02 Provide property description and proposed development details demonstrating zoning compliance
- 03 Obtain Planning Clearance approval (valid for one year, authorizes only the specified development)
- 04 Submit Building Permit Application to Curry County Building Division
- 05 Provide two complete sets of plans: site plan, floor plans, and cross-sections with construction details
- 06 Pay plan review fee upon application submission
- 07 Submit required documentation including owner/contractor information and construction cost estimate
- 08 Plan review conducted concurrently with application
- 09 Pay remaining permit fees upon approval
- 10 Permit issued upon fee payment and plan approval
