When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Granite

Application process

- 04 The inspector reviews zoning, flood hazard provisions, roadway access, utilities, easements, and other required municipal permits.
- 05 If satisfied, the inspector signs the application and forwards it to the Town Clerk for issuance.
