Sanford fee schedule also states permits may be issued to the owner for owner-occupied property for at least 12 months after completion, with no rental property.
- Contractor requirements
- Permits are issued to a properly licensed NC General Contractor when required. Sanford fee schedule also states permits are issued to a properly licensed NC trade contractor for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. North Carolina GC licensing applies for projects at or above $40,000.
