Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Confirm the project scope with Cumberland County Planning and Inspections because Falcon does not publish a separate town permit handbook.
- 02 Review the applicable county checklist from the All Other Permits page for the project type.
- 03 Register in county EnerGov and submit the permit package with all supporting plans, contractor information, and owner affidavit or lien materials where required.
- 04 Pay county fees and respond to review comments through the county process.
- 05 Request inspections through Cumberland County after permit issuance.
- 06 Coordinate any purely municipal questions through Falcon Town Hall, but use the county for actual permit intake and code review.
