Town/Village of Scarsdale

All applications pertaining to land use are first submitted to the Building Department. The department issues permits for new construction, alterations, additions, renovations, and related plumbing, electrical, and mechanical permits. All building improvements, renovations, additions, alterations, repairs, and new construction require a permit before work starts, except de minimis-cost items as set forth in village code.
