When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Tijeras
No building or structure shall be erected, and no building footprint shall be altered, within the Village without Planning and Zoning Commission or Village Council review and approval. - 05 Receive permits; post on job site.
- 06 Schedule and pass required inspections (state CID performs trade and building inspections in jurisdictions without local inspection authority).
