Building permits required for: renovations, repairs, additions, commercial roofing, residential roof with sheathing replacement, pools, lawn sprinkler systems, sheds 201+ sq ft, oil tank removal.

  • Sheds 200 sq ft and under
  • Ordinary maintenance per New Jersey Uniform Construction Code

Important: IMPORTANT: Replacing roof sheathing ALWAYS requires permit. Polypropylene siding, stucco, stone, cultured stone, brick siding all REQUIRE permits. Structural deck parts (posts, columns, headers, girders, joists, stringers) REQUIRE permits.
