- 180 days from permit issuance; work must commence within 180 days or permit becomes null and void; abandonment for 180 days voids permit
- Owner-builder
- Owner-builders may prepare and submit own plans for own private residential use. Plans must be titled without reference to being prepared by another party and have original signature. Wet stamped with original signature required.
- Contractor requirements
- Nevada State Contractors Board license required for all contractors; license numbers must be provided on application

- 03 Submit application and plans with required fees
