  2. If project is outside Nebraska City corporate limits but within county, also obtain County Zoning Permit Application
  3. Complete application with all required fees paid at time of submission; no permit issued until fees are paid in full

  5. Permit is valid for 180 days from date of issuance; if construction not started within 180 days, permit expires and new permit must be obtained
  6. Post permit card at job site in visible location throughout construction
