When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Grand Island
A separate building permit is required before any person erects, constructs, enlarges, alters, repairs, moves, improves, removes, converts, or demolishes any building or structure within the city. Separate permits are required for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work.
