When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Broadview
Required prior to start of construction for all state-owned agencies or non-exempt buildings being built, remodeled, moved, or undergoing a change of occupancy. Building permits must be issued before plumbing, mechanical, or electrical permits can be issued.
