Permit triggers and exempt work for Powder River County

- 05 Applicant receives plan review comments by mail/email; respond in writing to all comments
- 06 Pay applicable fees upon approval of plan review
- 07 Building permit is issued once all comments resolved and fees paid
- 08 Schedule required inspections before beginning construction
