When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Grenada
A building permit is required for new building construction; additions, alterations, or renovations involving structural changes; all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical system work; roofing projects; and demolition work.

- The City of Grenada has adopted building codes based on the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC).
