Contractor requirements

Contractors must hold valid Mississippi State Board of Contractors (MSBOC) license: Residential Builder for projects $50,000+, Residential Remodeler for remodeling/roofing $10,000+, or Commercial General Contractor for commercial projects $50,000+.
