When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Wyoming
City ordinances require permits before construction, alteration, equipment installation, and covered trade work starts.
- Exempt Michigan code baseline exemptions generally include small detached accessory structures, low fences, certain retaining walls, some flatwork, and ordinary finish work, subject to zoning review.
