When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Brookview
Same as Dorchester County unincorporated areas. Blackwater-area properties near the NWR are particularly subject to MDE non-tidal and tidal wetlands permits, Army Corps Section 404 permits, and Critical Area Commission review for any work near waterways or wetlands.
