Application Process

  1. Determine whether the project requires a Perryville Zoning Certificate. Any modification, both interior and exterior, requires submittal for a Zoning Certificate.   9. Receive county building permit and keep on site.
  10. Schedule county inspections with 24 hours advance notice.
