- Submit the application and site plan to Code Enforcement at 21 Water Street. Fees must be paid at submission; starting construction before applying results in double fees.
- Permit is issued upon approval. Post permit on job site.
- If no substantial progress is made within 6 months, the permit becomes invalid unless renewed.
- Schedule required inspections with Code Enforcement.
- Obtain Certificate of Occupancy before occupying the structure; a CO is also required before changing a building's use.
