- 03 Submit permit materials to the Permit and Inspection Department at Suite 412.
- 04 City staff reviews the project; commercial projects need approved State Fire Marshal stamped plans and residential projects need detailed plans.
- 05 Permit is issued after approval.
- 06 Inspections are scheduled and completed; certificate of occupancy is issued after final approvals if applicable.
