When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Livingston County
All new construction, additions, structural alterations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and changes in occupancy are evaluated under the Kentucky Uniform Statewide Building Code (815 KAR 7:120 and 7:125).
