Improvement Location Permits required for residential structures, additions, accessory structures, signs, and non-residential structures under the zoning fee schedule. Allen County building permit also required before construction begins.
Note: The reviewed Leo-Cedarville public materials do not publish a consolidated exemption list. Because the fee schedule specifically prices residential structures, additions, accessory structures, and non-residential work, applicants should not assume an exemption without checking with the town office.
