2018 International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), and International Fire Code (IFC) with Idaho amendments (verify current version with city)

Contractor requirements

For non-tribal lands: Contractors must be registered with Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) for projects exceeding $2,000 in value (materials + labor).
