When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Canyon County
Any person erecting, constructing, enlarging, altering, repairing, improving, moving, removing, converting, or demolishing any building or structure must obtain a permit. Required for all new construction greater than 200 square feet or attached to another structure.
