Application process

- 03 For residential/new construction/addition/accessory work, gather required documents including zoning approval letter, homeowner affidavit if applicable, business-license proof, Valdosta contractor registration, authorized-agent form if applicable, and total-square-foot calculator
- 04 Purchase the permit online through iWorQ or in person at the permit office Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- 05 Request inspections through iWorQ or by phone with at least 24-hour notice and obtain final CO/CC before occupancy
