  2. Submit plans by email to jfreeman@cityofremerton.com or bring them in person to City Hall; the city's public permit guide says all plans should be emailed to the Planning and Zoning Administrator or brought in person
  3. For commercial projects, submit the required plan set for either basic review or design-professional review. The city says three sets of plans drawn to scale are required before a building permit can be issued
  4. Pay the non-refundable plan review fee if plan review is required; Remerton states it is 25 percent of the projected full building-permit fee
