- 01 Download the applicable permit form from Lula's Permits/Forms page, including the Building Permit form and Sub Contractor Affidavit.
- 02 Print and complete the forms. Lula's permit page says documents must be printed and mailed to P.O. Box 99, Lula, GA 30554 or delivered to Lula City Hall; email submission is not accepted.
- 03 Submit the completed application packet with the required fees and any subcontractor affidavits. Hall County impact fees are validated separately by Hall County and are not collected by the city.
- 04 Receive permit issuance from the city before starting work.
- 05 The general contractor calls in inspections. The Sub Contractor Affidavit must be in the office at least 24 hours before requesting an inspection.
