Application process

- 02 Upload the required attachments as part of the application package
- 03 County reviewers check the package for compliance with state and county regulations and will request resubmittal if items are noncompliant
- 04 Once all reviewers determine the package is compliant, the application is approved; some related applications require public hearings before approval
- 05 Fees and approval letters are handled through OpenGov; after permit issuance, inspections are scheduled by phone with the Building Department and a certificate of occupancy is issued after all inspections and required paperwork/forms are complete
