When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Moore Haven
No development order or building permit shall be issued except in conformity with city code. Each building-permit application must be accompanied by a scaled plat showing the lot, proposed building, and other information needed to determine compliance.
Note: Use Florida Building Code permit exemptions cautiously and confirm with the city, because city zoning, site-plan, floodplain, and manufactured-home regulations can still apply even when a narrow building-permit exemption might exist.
