- 02 Licensed contractors register in BASS and submit the appropriate permit application with plans and supporting documents; owner-builders must call 321-633-2187 and appear in person.
- 03 Upload plans and required documents, then monitor the permit in BASS for plan review comments, permit number assignment, and payment status.
- 04 Pay applicable permit, review, and code administration fees before issuance.
- 05 Schedule inspections through BASS or the county inspection request tools and obtain final approval before occupancy or use.
