Permit triggers and exempt work for Newberry

Application process

- 03 Submit the permit application and upload electronic license and insurance records, plans, and supporting documents.
- 04 Respond to review comments and pay fees through the city process.
- 05 Schedule inspections and obtain final approval before occupancy or use.
