Owner-builder

Owners can use the public computer outside the building office and apply directly; thin public data on owner affidavit forms.

Contractor requirements

State trade and home improvement requirements apply.

   Scan required materials to PDF and apply online through PermitLink.

   Pay through PermitLink or mail/drop off a check to Andover Town Hall, Attention: Building Dept.

   Respond to review comments and upload any missing items.

   Receive permit approval and schedule required inspections.

   Submit required concrete supplier and installer information before CO or completion closeout if the project includes concrete foundations.
