  • Painting, papering, tiling, carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, and similar finish work
  • Prefabricated swimming pools not more than 24 inches deep and not more than 5,000 gallons at an R-3 residential property
  • Swings and other playground equipment accessory to one and two family dwellings
  • Portable heating appliances
  • Emergency repairs, with application due the next working business day
