- 03 Include the required site plan, floor plan, and related setback and utility information.
- 04 Obtain septic compliance before permit approval if the project is a dwelling or adds bedrooms.
- 05 County reviews the submission and schedules required field checks.
- 06 After staking and forming, meet the county representative before the concrete pour.
- 07 After the project is finished, request final inspection and closeout.
