Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Start with the county Land Use Administrator.
- 02 Use the building permit application form and fee schedule posted on the county zoning page.
- 03 For variances, file the variance application in duplicate with the Administrator so it can be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Board.
- 04 For PUD-related development, certify and file the final development plan before the Land Use Administrator issues a building permit.
