When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Santa Clara
A permit is generally required before starting new buildings, additions, alterations, repairs, demolitions, and changes in use/occupancy.

- Exempt Fences not over 7 feet high

- 06 Permit is issued after approvals and payment; work then proceeds to required inspections.
