Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Download the permit application and select the correct form for the project type.
- 02 Complete the required owner, applicant, contractor, valuation, and scope fields for building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pool, or reroof work.
- 03 Mail the completed application and three sets of plans to the City of Guadalupe Building Department, P.O. Box 908, Guadalupe, CA 93434, or submit them in person at 918 Obispo Street.
- 04 Wait for City staff review and compliance checks.
- 05 Pay the required fees and obtain permit issuance before starting work.
