Application Process

  1. Determine permit type needed (single family/duplex, tri-plex/four-plex, commercial/apartment/industrial, or trade permit).

A permit is required for new construction, additions, alterations, repairs, carports, storage buildings, all pools, all driveways, fences over 6 feet in height, walls, and all plumbing/electrical/mechanical work.
