Permit triggers and exempt work for Bryant

- 02 Download or access the appropriate application form: General Construction Permit Application, New Construction Permit Application, or Right of Way Permit Application.
- 03 Submit the completed application through the iWorQ portal at https://bryant.portal.iworq.net or deliver in person to 210 SW 3rd Street.
- 04 The department reviews the application and plans for code compliance.
- 05 For commercial projects over $100,000 in valuation, a plan review fee applies.
- 06 Permit is issued once review is complete and fees are paid.
- 07 Construction begins; schedule required inspections at each phase through the iWorQ portal or by contacting the department.
- 08 Pass final inspection to receive Certificate of Occupancy.
