Permit triggers and exempt work for Imboden
Imboden says permits may be obtained for plumbing, natural gas plumbing, permit to build below flood plain, building, and major renovations
- For manufactured home and some dwellings, a site development plan is required showing tract dimensions, number and size of spaces, roadways, walkways, recreation areas, and service buildings
- The ordinance also requires city approval before dwellings are moved in
Application process
Application → plan check → issuance → inspection → final
- 01 Submit required plans or request materials to the city.
- 02 For certain dwelling moves or manufactured home matters, obtain prior written approval from the City Inspector, Mayor, or designee.
- 03 City staff or City Council review the request where applicable.
- 04 Permit is issued if approved.
