When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Winslow
A building permit is required when an owner or authorized agent intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change occupancy or use of a building or structure, or install, alter, or replace regulated electrical, gas, mechanical, or plumbing systems. A permit is also required for reroofing.
