When a permit is required
Permit triggers and exempt work for Springerville
A building permit is required for all new residential buildings, structural work, electrical reconnections and panel work, water-heater installation, gas-line pressure tests, qualifying HVAC installations, detached accessory structures, porches, additions, garages, qualifying remodels, and demolition.
Note: Certain items may require permits at the Building Official's discretion, including detached accessory structures and fences and walls.

Application process
