1. Complete Application for Permit (included in Building Information Packet).
2. Submit TWO complete sets of plans for residential (THREE for commercial).
3. Include two plot plans showing distances from property lines.
4. Provide sewer and water hook-up proof (paid fees).
5. Include truss specifications from manufacturer.
6. Pay applicable fees at time of submission.
