Application Process
- Download the Building Permit Application from https://www.cityofwaitsburg.com/forms-permits.
- Complete the application fully, including all required site plan and project description information.
- Print and return the completed application to Waitsburg City Hall (147 Main Street) with the applicable fee payment, or coordinate with Columbia County Planning and Building directly (115 E. Main Street, Dayton, WA 99328).
- Columbia County Planning and Building reviews plans for code compliance on behalf of the city.
- Permit issued upon approval.

- Painting and similar finish work
