General Requirements

A building permit is required for most construction in the City of Mukilteo.

Payment note

Technology fee: 3% of required permit fees. Administration fee: 15% added when outside costs incurred. Additional fees: State Building Code Council Fee (per state schedule), Extension (one permitted): $150, Completion Permit: 50% of Original Permit Fee, Modification/Revision for Issued Permit: $800.
