Technology fee: 3% (applies to all development fees except telecommunications and state fees). State Building Code Fee: Residential $6.50 + $2 per dwelling unit over one; Commercial $25 + $2 per dwelling unit over one. Application/Permit Extension: $350 or 50% of permit fees (whichever is less). Additional fees: Demolition (IBC) $700, Demolition (IRC) $350, Fence $88, Re-roof (IRC) $175. Evening/weekend/holiday or expired permit reinspections: 2x hourly rate (minimum 2 hours). Certificate of Occupancy (not associated with building permit): $175.
