General Requirements

A building permit is required for all construction work within the City of Woodland.

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) required. Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit required for infiltration facilities. Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) required.

  • Grading less than 50 cubic yards total (associated with building foundation, utilities, landscaping; no critical areas present; no soil compaction concerns)
