  2. Prepare a vicinity map showing all platted lots within 500 feet, adjacent streets, north arrow, and subject lot highlighted
  3. Prepare site drawings showing all property lines, roads/alleys abutting property, all proposed and existing buildings with setbacks, relation with adjacent property, driveways, utility lines, and overall dimensions
  4. Prepare building plans with sufficient drawings to indicate structural materials and assembly (blueprints required for full residence or business building construction)
  5. Gather contractor information and legal description/street address of proposed project property
  6. Submit completed application and all supporting documents to Entiat City Hall in person or by mail
  7. Schedule pre-application meeting (required for Type II or Type III permit processes)
  8. City Clerk-Treasurer reviews application and provides to building inspector
  9. Building inspector reviews for compliance with local zoning and building codes; if zoning questions arise, inspector notifies clerk-treasurer and applicant
  10. Inspector makes notes on plans to inform applicant of requirements
  11. Applicant obtains permit by payment of appropriate fees at City Hall upon approval by building inspector
