Application Process

  1. Download the building or trade permit application from the town Document Center.
  2. Submit one electronic copy and one hard copy of plans, the completed application, required licenses, and payment.
  3. Deliver materials by email, drop box, mail, or in person at Town Hall, Suite 200.
  4. Respond to any plan review comments from the town.
