Application Process

  1. Submit the permit application package to permits@purcellvilleva.gov or deliver it to Town Hall with the fee and required attachments.
  2. Town Planning reviews the package for compliance with the Purcellville Zoning Ordinance. Nonresidential work may also need Board of Architectural Review approval before zoning permit issuance.
